What are the requirements to get a Fio loan approved?
- You hold a current account with us in Czech crowns (individual – consumer)
- Your account receives regular income (e.g. salary, pension, business income)
- You have an unblemished credit history
As a first step, open our account online or at a branch and start using it actively. You can then apply for an installment loan online in Internetbanking or Smartbanking in the "+New product" tab.

What to Do If You Get into Trouble Repaying Your Loan
- If you do not have enough funds to repay your loan, start addressing the situation immediately.
- Visit a branch, call our helpline at +420 224 346 800, or write to us via Fio Service directly within internet banking so we can start finding a solution together.
- We deal with each case individually. Possible solutions may include, for example, deferring your installments or reducing their amount by extending the loan maturity period.
